Life Insurance Subsidiary
Citizens Security Life Insurance Company (“Citizens Security”) is required to file quarterly and annual financial statements with the Kentucky Office of Insurance and other regulatory agencies that have been prepared in conformity with statutory accounting practices (“SAP”). SAP differs in certain significant respects from the basis of accounting principles generally accepted in the United States ("GAAP"). SAP quarterly and annual financial statements are available under DOCUMENTS.

United Liberty Life Insurance Company ("United Liberty") was merged into Citizens Security effective March 31, 2009.  Prior to the merger, United Liberty had been a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizens Security.
